Service Description

Vinyasa yoga synchronises breath with movement, the goal being to develop a moving meditation that restores balance to both body and mind. The class opens gently with some easy pranayama (breathing) and then builds into a dynamic flow of poses, ranging from easy to more challenging, with plenty of modifications along the way to make the practice accessible to all. We end with a deep relaxation and short meditation. You can expect to work hard, breathe deep and leave class with a greater sense of wellbeing and peace.
